<h4><strong>About the role</strong></h4>
<p>We are looking for a strategic Tech Talent Sourcer to join our global Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will partner closely with the Sourcing Team Lead to drive the top-of-funnel strategy for our most critical Engineering and Product hires across the EU, IN and LatAm regions and beyond. You will move beyond simple "hunting" to become a market expert, providing data-driven insights, mapping competitor talent pools, and engaging passive candidates for complex, hard-to-fill roles.</p>
<h4><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Designing Sourcing Strategy:</strong> You will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and senior roles, utilising Boolean search, x-ray techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and local platforms</li>
<li><strong>Building Healthy Pipelines:</strong> You will build and nurture healthy pipelines of pre-qualified candidates for recurring roles to reduce time-to-hire</li>
<li><strong>Partnering with Stakeholders:</strong> You will partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to calibrate role requirements and provide weekly data on market feasibility and talent availability</li>
<li><strong>Engaging Candidates:</strong> You will craft high-touch, personalised outreach campaigns (email/InMail) that achieve high response rates from passive talent</li>
<li><strong>Gathering Market Intelligence:</strong> You will act as the "eyes and ears" of the market; gathering intelligence on competitor layoffs, salary trends, and shifting candidate motivations to share with the wider TA team</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>What you'll bring</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li><strong>Experience:</strong> 2-4+ years of experience in Talent Sourcing (Agency or In-house), with a proven track record in the Technology and Product market</li>
<li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms (Greenhouse)</li>
<li><strong>Language Proficiency:</strong> Fluent English is essential</li>
<li><strong>Consultative Approach:</strong> Strong stakeholder management skills</li>
<li><strong>Data Mindset:</strong> You are data-driven and resilient; you treat sourcing as a science and track your conversion metrics closely</li>
