Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.  What You’ll Do  <ul> <li>Welcome guests with genuine warmth and set a great atmosphere from the start </li> <li>Assist with check-ins, payments and kiosk navigation </li> <li>Keep the lobby tidy, inviting and buzzing with the right energy </li> <li>Offer local recommendations and connect guests to events, restaurants and experiences </li> <li>Jump in with bookings for activities, restaurants and everything in between </li> <li>Share guest insights and feedback with the team to improve every stay </li> <li>Work closely with Housekeeping, F&B and Maintenance to keep things running smoothly </li> <li>Represent TSH by promoting our outlets and spotting upsell opportunities </li> </ul> What You’ll Have  <ul> <li>You have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality or a similar guest-facing role </li> <li>You bring an energetic, welcoming vibe that makes people feel at home </li> <li> You’re great at switching between tasks without losing your smile </li> <li>You have a proactive mindset and love turning small moments into memorable ones </li> <li>You’re comfortable with digital tools like PMS, kiosks or guest messaging apps </li> <li>You communicate clearly in English</li> <li>You’re a team player who stays cool and confident during busy peaks </li> </ul> What We Offer  <ul> <li>The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company.
