<p>We’re building the next generation of technology, product, and platform teams and we’re looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition Manager to help lead the way.</p>
<p>This role sits within our Global Talent Acquisition function and owns tech hiring at scale across Product, Engineering, and Technology. You’ll lead a global team of Tech Talent Acquisition Specialists, act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and design hiring strategies that enable a fast-moving, scaling business.</p>
<p>You’ll balance strategy and execution, set a high bar for delivery, and create a hyper-collaborative, connected global team culture. This is a role for someone who thrives in change, uses data to drive decisions, and isn’t afraid to challenge the status quo.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<p>Lead & Scale a Global Team</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, coach, and develop a distributed global team of Tech TAs, creating clarity, accountability, and momentum</li>
<li>Build a connected, inclusive team culture where collaboration, ownership, and outcomes matter</li>
<li>Set clear goals, operating rhythms, and performance standards that drive results<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p>Partner the Business</p>
<ul>
<li>Act as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Technology</li>
<li>Influence hiring priorities and workforce plans using market insight, data, and commercial understanding</li>
<li>Be confident challenging stakeholders while maintaining strong, trusted relationships</li>
</ul>
<p>Build Scalable Hiring Strategies</p>
<ul>
<li>Design and deliver global tech hiring strategies that support rapid growth and evolving business needs</li>
<li>Introduce creative, innovative approaches to pipeline building and candidate engagement</li>
<li>Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring teams globally<br><br></li>
</ul>
<p>Drive Process & Operational Excellence</p>
<ul>
<li>Simplify, standardise, and continuously improve global TA processes to enable scale without friction</li>
<li>Introduce structure where needed, without slowing the business down</li>
<li>Ensure the team is aligned, operating efficiently, and focused on quality of candidates and overall impact</li>
</ul>
<p>Be Data-Led</p>
<ul>
<li>Own hiring metrics and insights across your areas, using data to inform decisions and drive improvement</li>
<li>Track and improve outcomes across speed, quality, diversity, and experience</li>
<li>Use data storytelling to influence stakeholders and demonstrate impact</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience leading internal tech recruitment teams in a scaling, global business</li>
<li>Strong track record hiring for Engineering, Product, and Technology roles</li>
<li>Expertise in hiring across Java, Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, MySQL, MongoDB, Kubernetes, AWS, Grafana etc. Tech Stacks</li>
<li>Background in technology-led industries (gaming, entertainment, fintech, or similar high-growth environments)</li>
<li>Highly experienced hiring across International Markets including but not limited to the EU, LATAM, India and TW (preferred)</li>
<li>Ability to operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on leader</li>
<li>Comfortable working with ambiguity, change, and pace</li>
<li>A collaborative leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability</li>
<li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insight into action</li>
<li>Fluency in English is essential</li>
</ul>
