About the Role

<p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>Sporty has been on a huge growth journey in 2025, and as such we are looking for a HR Lead - International to join the team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of local HR professionals; ensuring the delivery of HR support within a rapidly evolving organisation. You will work closely with regional and global leadership, and help drive improvements across our reward, performance and manager development programmes.
