<p><strong>About the role</strong></p>
<p>Sporty has been on a huge growth journey in 2025, and as such we are looking for a HR Lead - International to join the team. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of local HR professionals; ensuring the delivery of HR support within a rapidly evolving organisation. You will work closely with regional and global leadership, and help drive improvements across our reward, performance and manager development programmes. As a member of the HR leadership team, you will work closely with other regional HR leads to develop consistent standards and practices across markets - that enable business growth.</p>

<p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p>
<p><strong>Regional HR Leadership and Business Partnering </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead, coach and develop a team of local HR professionals across Bulgaria, Spain, South Africa and the UK</li>
<li>Ensure consistent operational HR standards, capability and delivery across all locations</li>
<li>Partner with local leadership teams to provide commercially sound people support and act as the escalation point for complex people matters within the region</li>
<li>Ensure all people practices align with local labour law and Sporty company values</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Performance, Reward & Progression</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Alongside the HR leadership team; continuously improve key people milestones, including:</li>
<ul>
<li>Performance review cycles</li>
<li>Promotions and progression frameworks</li>
<li>Pay and bonus processes</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the Global HR Director to:</li>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain role levelling frameworks</li>
<li>Support salary benchmarking and market alignment</li>
<li>Ensure regional application of global compensation philosophy</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<p><strong>Manager Capability & Training</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop and implement manager training programmes, with focus on:</li>
<ul>
<li>Performance management</li>
<li>Feedback and development</li>
<li>People decision-making and leadership behaviours</li>
</ul>
<li>Implement ongoing manager metrics to track and report on manager performance </li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Systems & Projects</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support HR Projects Lead on the implementation of a new HRIS; including the review and evolution of key people processes</li>
<li>Represent regional needs in system design, rollout and adoption</li>
<li>Drive change management and adoption across local HR, teams and managers</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What you'll bring</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Significant experience in a senior HR Lead or HR Business Partner role, ideally in a high-growth international organisation </li>
<li>Proven experience managing and developing distributed HR teams</li>
<li>Strong grounding in performance management, ER and manager coaching</li>
<li>Experience working with compensation, levelling or benchmarking frameworks</li>
<li>Track record of delivering HR programmes in scaling or complex organisations</li>
<li>Fluent Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills</li>
</ul>
