Service Manager Coventry, commutable from Kenilworth, Nuneaton, Bedworth, Warwick, Rugby £50,000 - £60,000 + Company Car/Allowance + Progression Opportunities + Employee Development Are you a Service Manager or experienced engineer from a machinery background looking to take the next step in your career and become a key figure within a well-established business? On offer is a position within a reputable and long-standing company that will invest in your professional growth, giving you responsibility over service operations, customer relationships, and the opportunity to lead and develop a team of engineers. This established company has over 40 years of experience supplying machinery, components, and materials. They are now looking for a skilled Service Manager to maintain high service standards and support ongoing operations. The day to day of this role includes managing service engineers, overseeing repairs and installations, and handling customer service issues. You will ensure timely responses to client needs, maintain service quality, and support the delivery of efficient engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical and electronic knowledge, experience with machinery such as CNCs and PLCs, and a proven ability to manage engineers and customer expectations.
