OTE: £45,000 (realistic, uncapped)

The role
We're looking for a driven, commercially minded
Sales Valuer with a
proven track record of winning new business. This is a front-end role for someone who enjoys getting out in the market, building relationships, converting opportunities, and consistently bringing on new instructions.
You'll be responsible for generating and converting valuation leads, winning instructions, and working closely with the sales team to ensure a strong pipeline and consistent results.
Key responsibilities
- Win new instructions through proactive business generation and strong conversion skills
- Carry out market appraisals/valuations and provide accurate pricing strategies
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, from first contact through to instruction
- Develop relationships with local homeowners, buyers, and key local contacts
- Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism
- Work closely with the sales progression/negotiation team to maximise results
- Keep CRM updated and report on activity, pipeline, and performance
What we're looking for
- Strong track record in new business generation and winning instructions
- Experience as a Sales Valuer / Lister / Senior Negotiator ready to step up
- Confident communicator with excellent closing skills
- Good local market knowledge (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence (and own car if required)
