detail-oriented Production Quality Technician to join our team on the night shift. This role operates on a rotating schedule (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 3–4 days per week) and works directly on the production floor to ensure product quality, food safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and test in-process and finished product samples
- Verify packaging, labeling, coding, and product specifications
- Inspect incoming ingredients and monitor production conditions
- Ensure sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor
- Support audits, inspections, and quality investigations
- Document results and manage non-conforming products
- Collaborate with Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, and Quality teams
- Follow all safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
