<li>Maintain and manage the complex calendar of the Executive Management (one individual, C-level)</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, including high-ranking politicians, investors, and business leaders</li>
<li>Ensure efficient time planning and prioritization</li>
<li>Manage the Executive’s email inbox, including filtering, prioritizing, and drafting responses</li>
<li>Guarantee professional and timely communication</li>
<li>Plan and book national and international business trips</li>
<li>Optimize travel times and routes to ensure maximum efficiency between appointments</li>
<li>Flexibly react to spontaneous changes</li>
<li>Liaise with external service providers and internal contacts</li>
<li>Build and maintain a professional network, especially with executive assistants and offices of key decision-makers</li>
<li>Ensure smooth coordination and access to relevant stakeholders</li>

<li>Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently at all levels</li>
<li>Absolute discretion, loyalty, and professional demeanor</li>
<li>Proficient in MS Office and modern communication tools</li>
<li>Fluent and error-free in both German and English (spoken and written) </li>
