You’ll lead a team of AIGLs; delivering safe, engaging, and enjoyable experiences.&nbsp;&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size="3">You could be inspiring your team, providing engaging training, or monitoring performance in the workplace &#8211; whilst in turn delivering activities and evening activities, to ensure our guests are having a great time.&nbsp;</font></p> <p><font size="3">You’ll get to interacting with children and families, creating great ‘first impressions’ and taking time to understand their experiences, gather feedback, problem solve and make suggestions to the Guest Experience Manager.
