As the Senior Finance Manager supporting manufacturing operations, you'll lead a team of 4 while partnering closely with plant managers and general managers across multiple manufacturing locations. From costing and inventory to forecasting, productivity initiatives, and margin expansion, you'll use financial insights to help drive better business decisions every day. Responsibilities: Oversee accounting compliance, audit readiness, and financial control environments Prepare accurate financial and operational reports for leadership Partner with plant managers to drive operational efficiency and metric performance Analyze production spending variances against established monthly business budgets Develop comprehensive annual plans, rolling forecasts, and departmental financial projections Evaluate business results to recommend strategic performance optimization strategies Design advanced cost accounting methodologies to improve overall margin visibility Collaborate with plant management to upgrade internal operational tracking dashboards Translate complex financial outcomes into actionable insights Streamline existing reporting workflows through targeted process automation tools Lead, manage, and develop a team of finance professionals Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 8+ years of finance and/or accounting experience Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range: $140,000–$160,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
