About the Role
Team Manager - MASH | Suffolk | £45.50ph | Hybrid Working
Suffolk are currently seeking an experienced Team Manager to join their MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) on an initial 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead within a fast-paced front-door service, working alongside multi-agency partners to ensure effective safeguarding decisions for children and families.
Role Details:
Position: Team Manager - MASH
Location: Landmark House, Ipswich (IP1 5PF)
Rate: £45.50 per hour
Contract: 3 months initially (likely extension)
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days on-site, 2 days working from home
Key Responsibilities:
Leading and managing a MASH team within children's services
Overseeing referrals and ensuring timely safeguarding decisions
Working collaboratively with partner agencies
Providing supervision, guidance, and quality assurance
Driving performance and maintaining high practice standards
Requirements:
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
Previous Team Manager experience, ideally within MASH / front door services
Social Work England Registration
Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
