About the Role

Here's how a Benefits Analyst for PCL Construction Services, Inc. within US Head Office contributes to our team: Responsibilities Support the implementation and day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs. Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of annual open enrollment activities. Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes; document and maintain standard operating procedures for assigned benefit processes. Coordinate with benefit plan providers, vendors, and consultants to support service delivery and assist with issue resolution. Monitor benefits administration system interfaces and data exchanges with vendors and payroll, escalating issues as needed. Administer employee leaves of absence (including FMLA, STD, LTD, state disability, and paid parental leave) in partnership with the leave administrator, HR, and payroll teams. Provide customer support for benefits-related inquiries from employees and district office contacts. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 3+ years of experience in benefits administration. Working to intermediate proficiency in Excel (e.g., spreadsheets, formulas, data review). Experience supporting employee leaves of absence in a multi-state environment preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
