To support their clients and teams, our client is now seeking experienced Senior Product Managers who bring leadership, clarity, and strategic direction to complex digital initiatives.About the RoleAs a Senior Product Manager, you will translate ambitious goals into actionable plans. You will set a compelling product vision, shape roadmaps, prioritise backlogs, and coach teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, using evidence to guide decisions and ensuring users remain at the heart of everything we build.This role offers the opportunity to influence client thinking, mentor talented colleagues, and play a key part in delivering high‑profile digital services used by millions.What You’ll DoInspire and guide teams by helping them understand user needs and the broader project contextProvide day‑to‑day leadership and shield teams from unnecessary distractionsWork with stakeholders to form a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritised backlogLead a diverse multidisciplinary team to deliver end‑to‑end digital servicesCommunicate confidently with subject‑matter experts, decision‑makers, and delivery teamsChampion user‑centred, evidence‑driven decision makingFacilitate workshops and collaborative exercises — both remotely and in personBuild capability in others, empowering teams to work effectively even when you’re not presentWhat We’re Looking ForLead, motivate, and support teams of specialistsBridge the gap between business stakeholders and delivery teamsMake balanced decisions using evidence, user insight, and organisational constraintsBuild consensus while being comfortable making decisive calls when neededNavigate complex environments involving policy, security, and delivery pressuresWork confidently with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanCommunicate credibly on behalf of both clients and the consultancySupport others to grow product and user‑centred skills.Location & TravelWe have offices across the UK, and you should live within reasonable travelling distance of one. The role may involve travel to client or office sites depending on project needs.
