After seven years as CEO of Tigers, he has moved on to lead XXII Ventures, a holding company that brings together, in addition to Tigers, Huqiao 琥桥, a marketing company for the Chinese market, and Automation House, a technology company dedicated to optimizing business processes in companies.

After leaving his role as CEO of Tigers, Francis is focusing on building the synergy of entities in the group.

What Francis impresses with on a daily basis is his great courage to make decisions he believes in, and at the same time his very mature humility in the face of the market, business and external conditions of running a company. He is a visionary. And this is of the most dangerous sort, because he is infernally effective in infecting those around him with his idea. I felt it 7 years ago and let myself be infected with the vision of Tigers in 5, 10 and another 15 years. At the same time, with so much responsibility, he is always willing to bounce thoughts, exchange perspectives or listen to feedback. These are the qualities of a good leader and strategist, although he owes me a dance at my wedding!

Franek is a walking inspiration who, in conversation, can bring out layers of creativity in a person or make him revise his beliefs. I value him for his openness to someone's views, respect for the other person and great personal culture. I envy his strategic thinking and bird's-eye view of small operational issues, which allows him to "connect the dots" into a larger whole. Being able to work closely with him means constant development, in virtually every field. No one can "open" my head like he does, showing me a different perspective and encouraging me to operate with facts rather than projections. Franek is changing the world.
