With a strong reputation for content-led conferences and international reach, they operate in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment where marketing performance directly impacts revenue.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>As Senior Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of end to end marketing campaigns across a portfolio of B2B conferences, with a clear focus on driving delegate ticket sales and supporting sponsorship revenue. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising multi channel campaigns, working across email, digital, PR, partnerships, and content to engage highly targeted senior audiences.</p> <p>This role sits at the centre of the event lifecycle, partnering closely with production to shape messaging, sales to support commercial outcomes, and external partners to extend reach. You will be expected to take full accountability for campaign performance, making data led decisions to optimise activity and ensure delivery against revenue targets. Operating in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, you will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, balancing creativity with commercial focus to deliver measurable results.</p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, PR, partnerships, and content</li> <li>Drive delegate acquisition and support sponsorship revenue through targeted activity</li> <li>Create and deliver content-led email marketing campaigns</li> <li>Manage media partnerships and contra agreements to extend campaign reach</li> <li>Work closely with sponsors and speakers to amplify event promotion</li> <li>Track and optimise campaigns daily to ensure performance against revenue targets</li> <li>Analyse campaign performance and report on ROI and key metrics</li> <li>Maintain and grow marketing databases through segmentation and data sourcing</li> <li>Collaborate with conference production to align messaging and content strategy</li> <li>Monitor competitor activity and identify new opportunities for growth</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Candidate Background</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience within B2B conference or event marketing</li> <li>Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns</li> <li>Strong understanding of data segmentation and campaign targeting</li> <li>Commercially aware with a focus on revenue generation</li> <li>Confident managing multiple campaigns in a deadline-driven environment</li> <li>Strong copywriting and communication skills</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with sales and production teams</li> </ul> <p>If you have conference marketing experience, strong campaign management skills, and a commercial approach to driving revenue, click apply or email </p> <p><img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/bWFya2V0aW5nNi44NTQzMy4xMzEwOEBibXMuYXBsaXRyYWsuY29t.gif"></p>
