About the Role

We are recruiting for an experienced External Sales Executive on behalf of a successful and Electrical Wholesaler in Newcastle.

All applicants must have some previous Electrical Wholesale ideally with External Sales experience in order to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Growing and increasing sales in the business' geographical area.
  • Continually identifying and developing new and existing business.
  • Developing strong customer relationships to maximise the full potential of all accounts.
  • Working as part of a tightly knit team to achieve high standards of business excellence.
  • Working closely with the Internal Sales and Technical departments to ensure the smooth running of projects
  • Liaise with manufacturers to secure best terms with regards to large projects and seeing projects through to completion

Skills / Experience:

  • Confident in cold calling
  • Ability to approach companies direct understanding how to spot a suitable target company
  • Able to demonstrate sample products confidently face to face to potential clients
  • Must have a proven track record working in sales within the Electrical Wholesale market
