The Role

  • Act as the data voice within product teams, shaping decisions from ideation through to delivery
  • Identify and define key business problems, with a focus on commercial impact and customer outcomes
  • Conduct opportunity sizing, exploratory analysis and deep-dive product analytics
  • Design and implement experiments, including A B testing and post-test analysis
  • Define success metrics, dashboards and measurement frameworks with product stakeholders
  • Translate analysis into clear recommendations that influence investment decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to build data-driven product features
  • Apply light touch data science techniques such as segmentation, forecasting and recommendation approaches
  • Use AI and emerging technologies to prototype and enhance product capabilities
  • Balance analytical rigour with pace in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Commercial experience using data to drive business decisions and measurable outcomes
  • Proven ability to frame ambiguous problems and translate them into structured analytical approaches
  • Experience in product/customer analytics, experimentation and statistical analysis

  • SQL skills and working knowledge of a programming language such as Python or R
