Science Teacher – Berkshire

Quantum Scholars is recruiting on behalf of a secondary school based in Slough, Berkshire for a Science Teacher to cover a long-term absence. This is a full-time teaching role starting immediately and continuing through to the end of the academic year.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, planning and assessing student work, and contributing to the wider school community.

• Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons.

• Teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

• Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with the curriculum.

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

• Support the academic and personal development of all students.

• Attend staff meetings, parent evenings, and school events as required.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching Science at secondary level.

• A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

• Right to work in the UK.

• Available to start immediately and commit through the end of the academic year.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
