Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily packhouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and product quality
• Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team across multiple shifts
• Managing production planning to meet customer specifications and tight deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, technical standards, and audit requirements
• Driving continuous improvement across processes, performance, and productivity
• Collaborating with growing, technical, and logistics teams to maintain smooth supply chain flow

About You

• Proven experience in packhouse or production management within Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams
• Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
• A solid understanding of food safety, quality standards, and retailer requirements
• Confidence using production systems and KPI data
