About the Role
<strong style="font-weight:700;">Job Title: Project Manager</strong><br /><strong>Job Description</strong><p>The Project Manager will oversee Data Center projects, collaborating with the regional team for a duration exceeding three years. You will have the autonomy to manage your daily schedule, ensuring supervision and management of projects as necessary. You will be responsible for all aspects of project management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Create and submit project Schedule of Values (SOV) as required.</li><li>Manage multiple projects of varying complexity, scale, and scope.</li><li>Maintain project budget vs. cost awareness and status, providing input on estimates to complete (ETC).</li><li>Create and submit change order budgets, including soliciting subcontractors and material vendors for bids/quotes.</li><li>Plan the work to be done, secure necessary personnel, and assign duties appropriately.</li><li>Hire team members for current and future projects.</li><li>Ensure timely completion of the project to build client trust while avoiding penalties.</li><li>Work within budget by estimating costs and minimizing unnecessary expenses.</li><li>Procure and allocate resources to prevent shortages and avoid delays caused by management decisions.</li><li>Manage both internal and external risks throughout the project's lifecycle, including poor planning designs and government policies.</li></ul><strong>Essential Skills</strong><ul><li>Project management experience in construction.</li><li>Construction management and commercial construction expertise.</li><li>Experience with RFI, site development, ordering materials, and managing project budgets.</li><li>Project coordination and mechanical estimation skills.</li><li>At least 2 years of Construction Project Management experience on projects the size of $1M+.</li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Experience in project engineering and handling construction documents.</li></ul><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Enjoy comprehensive medical coverage for you and your dependents, fully paid by the employer.
