As a Sales Trainee at Edmundson, you will be educated on both the company, their products and the market they sell into. Receiving continuous ‘on the job’ training, you will also have the opportunity to receive professional sales training to equip them with all the tools and skills needed to flourish in a successful sales career. Progression opportunities into External Sales and then potentially Profit Centre Management in the future. <ul> <li>      Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the business as you spend time training withindifferent functions</li> <li>      Develop into an external, customer facing sales role after around 12 months</li> <li>      Identify and develop new business opportunities from new customers and dormant/lapsed accounts</li> <li>      Gain thorough product knowledge to be competent and effective when dealing with customers and promoting the benefits of using Edmundson Electrical as a supplier of choice  </li> <li>      Chase down leads, influence, negotiate and generate sales over the phone and in person</li> </ul> As a Commercial Trainee, the package you will receive is: <ul> <li>      £31,000 basic salary</li> <li>      Eligibility for lucrative company profit share scheme </li> <li>      Incentivised learning (bonus opportunity upon completion of training) </li> <li>      25 days holiday plus bank holidays</li> <li>      Extensive professional sales training – fully funded and accredited </li> <li>      Auto-enrolment into the Company’s contributory pension scheme </li> </ul> Requirements for this role: <ul> <li>      Fantastic verbal and written communication Skills</li> <li>      Full UK driving license</li> <li>      Strong work ethic and a team player who can also work well on their own initiative</li> <li>      This role requires you to work an occasional Saturday morning as the business trades 6 days a week </li> <li>      You are ready for an immediate start!</li> </ul> All applications are going to be managed directly by BMS Performance, market leaders in sales recruitment. <img src="https://counter.adcourier.com/R3JhZHVhdGU4Ljc5NjQ2LjEzMTA4QGJtcy5hcGxpdHJhay5jb20.gif">
