As a Senior Python Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and support scalable Python-based applications and microservices
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
- Prepare functional and technical specification documents
- Develop and maintain APIs using FastAPI and microservices architecture
- Create and execute test cases to ensure application quality and reliability
- Work on solution design, deployment planning, and post-implementation hyper-care support
- Prepare cut-over and deployment plans for project releases
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and spike creation for upgrade projects
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Support containerized deployments using Docker, AKS, and Helm
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of professional experience in Python development and support projects
- Strong expertise in Python programming and FastAPI
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency in Kafka messaging systems
- Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure and OCI
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Strong experience with Docker, AKS, and Helm
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as SAFe Agile, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Handle rapidly changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate development activities
- Deliver scalable and high-quality applications
