We’re seeking a dedicated Production Technician to play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations at our Whitsett, TX facility. What You’ll Do:

As a Production Technician, you will monitor and maintain production equipment, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure safety and efficiency. Utilizing Cygnet/SCADA systems, you'll troubleshoot equipment, gather and input production data via eVIN, and work closely with supervisors and leads to maintain optimal operations in a collaborative setting.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Plunger Lift Systems
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift and plunger lift systems
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues effectively
• Proficiency with production software such as eVIN
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High School diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with other artificial lift methods or oilfield equipment
• Familiarity with SCADA systems beyond Cygnet
• Additional certifications related to oilfield operations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of oilfield experience, specifically with plunger lift systems
• Proven track record of maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment

Other Requirements:

• Candidates must reside within 60 miles of Whitsett, TX
• Ability to work on an 8/6 rotation schedule
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence
