We’re looking for a Leasing & Renewals Co-ordinator to join a fast-growing, design-led residential owner-operator in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping the resident journey—from first enquiry through to move-in and beyond.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end leasing and renewals process, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly—while delivering an exceptional experience for residents at every stage.
Working closely with teams across operations, leasing, and finance, you’ll be at the heart of a business that blends hospitality, property, and community living.

Salary: £35,000 – £38,000
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm
What You’ll Be Doing
Leasing & Renewals
n- Manage the full leasing and renewal lifecycle from offer to completion
- Proactively track upcoming renewals and maintain strong occupancy levels
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to align on pricing and strategy
- Progress offers and agreements with residents and prospective residents
n
Resident Journey
n- Coordinate the full move-in process end-to-end
- Act as the central point of contact for incoming residents
- Ensure a smooth, well-communicated onboarding experience
n
Compliance & Administration
n- Prepare tenancy agreements and manage all associated documentation
- Ensure full compliance with lettings regulations (Right to Rent, GDPR, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records across CRM and property systems
- Monitor deposits, payments, and resident data
n
Reporting & Performance
n- Track leasing performance, renewals, and pipeline activity
- Analyse trends (e.g. non-renewals) and provide insights
- Support data-driven decision making across the business
n
Additional Involvement
n- Support marketing activity and property launches
- Occasionally assist with viewings or show apartment staging
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
n
What We’re Looking For
n- Experience in a fast-paced admin or coordination role (property/lettings preferred)
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
- Commercial awareness and understanding of occupancy/revenue drivers
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership
- Familiarity with CRM/property systems (e.g. HubSpot, MRI) is a plus
- Knowledge of lettings compliance and tenancy processes
