MOJ Portal Fee Earner
An RTA MOJ Portal Fee Earner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a national, Legal 500 law firm in Leeds. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is a highly regarded, award winning law firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Paralegal/Fee Earner to handle a caseload of MOJ Portal RTA files from start to completion. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service while maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of MOJ Portal RTA claims from Stage 1 through to settlement
- Submitting and reviewing Claims Notification Forms (CNFs) via the portal
- Obtaining and reviewing medical reports
- Valuing claims in line with the Judicial College Guidelines
- Review and assess liability, quantum, and settlement prospects
- Communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and third parties
- Negotiate settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients
- Ensure all files are progressed efficiently and in line with KPIs and SLAs
About you:
- Previous experience in handling fast track personal injury claims and a solid understanding of the MOJ process
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- A client-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
