Senior FP&A Analyst - VR/32254

TMM is partnering exclusively with a global, private equity-backed business to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing finance team.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to financial planning, strategic analysis, and project-based work, with the opportunity to directly support and influence senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support financial planning and forecasting cycles.
• Deliver strategic analysis to drive business performance.
• Build and maintain robust financial models.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across the business.
• Contribute to key projects and commercial initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Fully qualified accountant (ICAS / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in FP&A.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Highly analytical with an enquiring mindset.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Confident engaging with senior leadership.
