Litigation Coordinator
Location Bedford, TX | Onsite - Hybrid after being hired full time
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $20/hr. to $22/hr.
• Full-time, 8am to 5pm - Monday - Friday
• Temp-to-perm
• ASAP start
ROLE IMPACT
The Litigation Coordinator ensures high-volume legal documents and data are processed accurately and routed correctly without error or delay. This role is critical to maintaining workflow integrity, reducing rework, and ensuring compliance standards are met. Success is defined by strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively—not simply execute tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Process and review litigation-related documents and data with a high degree of accuracy
• Analyze reports and datasets to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper handling
• Route files and documentation to appropriate vendors and internal partners
• Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and resolve issues independently
• Maintain organized records and track progress to ensure timely completion
• Proactively identify patterns, inefficiencies, or recurring errors and suggest improvements
Minimum Qualifications
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis
• Experience in analytical, data-heavy, or operations-focused roles
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make decisions in high-volume environments
• Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy and follow-through
