SEN Teaching Assistant’s – Previous Experience Not Required  📍 Guildford💷 £14.25 per hour🕘 Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm📅 Term time only We’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in specialist settings in Guildford. You’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups, helping children with additional needs access learning, build confidence, and feel supported in school. You don’t need previous TA experience – we’re keen to hear from people with transferable skills, such as: Lived experience of SEN Care assistants or support workers Psychology graduates Youth workers, coaches, childcare practitioners Anyone who has supported vulnerable children or adults If you’re patient, resilient, and genuinely want to make a difference, this could be a great opportunity. All applicants must: Provide suitable references for pre-employment checks Hold an enhanced DBS on the Children’s Workforce (or Children’s & Adults’) update service, or be willing to obtain one Pay includes 12.07% holiday pay.
