Adult's SW - HAT Team - London Borough of Havering

The London Borough of Havering is seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work - HAT Team. This dynamic role will involve working collaboratively to provide high-quality support and intervention to adults in need, ensuring their wellbeing and safeguarding. Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and risks.
• Developing and implementing person-centered care plans in collaboration with service users and their families.
• Monitoring and reviewing care plans to ensure effective service delivery and outcomes.
• Providing advice, support, and advocacy to service users, promoting their rights and independence.
• Working in partnership with other professionals, agencies, and community organizations to facilitate holistic support.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
• Current registration with Social Work England.
• Proven experience in adult social work, particularly within a statutory setting.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
