Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Appointment Scheduler to join our team in Valencia, CA. This role focuses primarily on making outbound calls to schedule appointments and keep calendars organized. Ideal candidates enjoy speaking with people, staying on top of tasks, and working in a fast-paced environment.

• Job Title: Appointment Scheduler
• Location: Valencia, CA
• Pay: $21.38–$22.13 per hour
• Schedule: Full Time | Temp to Hire

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers
• Confirm appointments and follow up as needed
• Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems
• Coordinate schedules to avoid conflicts
• Handle occasional inbound calls and assist visitors when needed

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, call center, or administrative roles preferred
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); CRM experience a plus
• Bilingual preferred but not required
