We believe our world is better when people are exposed to new ideas and cultures through travel. By supporting travel entrepreneurs and the customers they serve, TripSuite enables more people to travel better. Our first product makes it easier for travel professionals to get paid.</span></p>

<p><strong>Where You Meet TripSuite</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As the founding frontend developer, you’ll be responsible for building a new application and owning frontend development. This is your chance to build something from the ground up that’s pivotal to the future of our company. We’re an early-stage startup, so we’re looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will report directly to the CTO.</span></p>

<p><strong>You Will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Design the frontend architecture of a high-performance, secure, and user-focused web application</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create and maintain the application's build system</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ensure that the application is responsive and accessible</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work closely with our CEO, CTO, and other engineers to build features and improvements</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Understand our clients’ journey and build software that enables best-in-class experiences</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Build an innovative product to revolutionize the travel industry</span></li>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Extensive experience with React, Next.js, Typescript</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience architecting medium-sized public-facing web apps, where performance and reliability are critical</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, and testing (including the ability to write unit tests)</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to take ownership of projects and work independently</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and collaboration skills</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 2 years of experience in technical leadership on similar projects</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">At least 4 years of experience in web development</span></li>
