Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + Commission/Bonus (DOE)

Working Hours
Monday – Friday
8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm (alternating weekly)
Every third Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
Day off in lieu provided during the week when working Saturday
The Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive excellent service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
Conducting property inspections
Handling tenancy renewals and documentation
Resolving maintenance issues efficiently
Ensuring compliance with current property legislation
Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Experienced in property management or lettings
