Key responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of residential properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors Conducting property inspections Handling tenancy renewals and documentation Resolving maintenance issues efficiently Ensuring compliance with current property legislation Delivering excellent customer service at all times About You The ideal candidate will be: Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicating with landlords, tenants, and contractors Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment Proactive and solution-focused Experienced in property management or lettings  Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
