Real Estate Senior Associate | Manchester | £85,000–£95,000 | 6+ PQE
A role aimed at lawyers who are already operating at Senior Associate level but want more visibility, better work and a clearer route into leadership.
The quality of work is a given. There is an established pipeline across development, investment and regeneration, with plenty of high-value transactions already underway. You won’t be waiting around to get involved.
What makes this different is the level of responsibility. You’ll run your own matters, work closely with partners on complex deals and play a genuine role in shaping the team. Mentoring juniors is part of the day-to-day, not an afterthought, and there is a clear expectation that this position evolves into something more senior.

They’re looking for a commercial property lawyer with 6+ PQE who is comfortable leading transactions, dealing directly with clients and stepping into a broader, more influential role within a busy team.
