IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

— Coordinating a cross-functional team (developers, testers) of approximately 10 people.

— Effectively managing projects (Agile, SCRUM) from start to finish within the SDLC.

— Setting clear goals, creating schedules, and defining key project milestones.

— Managing the task backlog and prioritizing tasks.

— Direct collaboration with developers, testers, and DevOps.

— Project risk management—communicating threats and risks to stakeholders and preparing contingency plans.

— Building collaborative relationships with clients and conducting regular status updates with both the client and the development team.

— Managing project documentation and the release process.

— Monitoring SLAs.

— Taking a holistic view of the project to identify inefficiencies and implement changes to improve workflow.

— Removing obstacles in the team’s daily work, providing daily mentoring support, and fostering a positive work culture.

Requirements

— At least 2 years of experience in IT project management (knowledge of the specifics of software development and familiarity with technical issues are essential).

— Experience working directly with developers.

— Experience working with the SCRUM methodology and knowledge of agile project management.

— Fluency in business English (minimum B2 level) — both spoken and written.

— Knowledge of work management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
