Zoolatech is a global technology partner delivering top-tier engineering services to enterprise clients across the U.S. and Europe. As we continue expanding in LATAM, we are looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Mexico to join our Recruiting Team.

This role combines full-cycle recruitment responsibilities with local ownership of the Mexico market. You will work closely with European recruiters, support hiring across LATAM, and act as a key recruitment representative in the Mexico location.

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ready to take ownership of local processes.

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across LATAM

  • Collaborate with European recruiters on shared vacancies and pipelines

  • Act as the main recruitment representative in Mexico

  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and provide market insights

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms

  • Conduct HR interviews and assess candidate fit

  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout all stages

  • Maintain accurate and structured data in ATS (Jira)

  • Coordinate hiring processes across LATAM time zones

  • Participate in Hiring Terms Calls and internal syncs

  • Support local hiring initiatives and strengthen recruitment presence in Mexico

  • Contribute to process improvements and recruitment analytics

  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment

  • Experience working with international or distributed teams

  • Experience hiring in LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil is a strong plus)

  • Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes

  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to work

  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Jira is a plus)

  • Advanced English (spoken and written)

  • Experience collaborating with European teams

  • Experience owning a local market or location
