WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Office Setting

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records
Perform data entry and invoice verification
Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized filing and documentation systems
Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoices and payments
Support daily accounting and administrative operations

QUALIFICATIONS

AP/AR experience preferred
Strong attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel
Data entry and invoice processing experience
Strong communication and organizational skills

PAY RATE

$20.00-$22.00/hour
