Stock Controller - Ballymena

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Stock Controller to join a busy and fast-paced team in Ballymena. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the movement and storage of goods, ensuring deliveries and dispatches are handled accurately and on time while supporting the smooth running of daily operations.   About this role: £12.75 per hour Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5pm) Immediate start available Full time What you'll be doing in this role: Receiving, checking, and booking in incoming deliveries against purchase orders Loading and dispatching goods accurately and safely for outbound shipments Operating a forklift truck to move, stack, and store materials Picking, packing, and preparing orders for distribution Conducting stock checks and assisting with inventory control Ensuring goods are stored correctly and in designated locations Completing relevant paperwork and updating warehouse systems Following health and safety procedures at all times What you'll need for this role: Experience in using Forklift  Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Good understanding of goods-in and goods-out processes Ability to load, unload, and move stock safely and efficiently Basic IT skills (e.g. scanning systems, stock control software) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow health and safety procedures Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks
