This role assists with workflow coordination, team guidance, and adherence to productivity, quality, and compliance standards.</p><p></p><p><b>What you will do:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Shipping Operations</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Perform all core shipping tasks, including package induction, sorter adjustments, receptacle creation and management, exception handling, and package reconciliation</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build and process receptacles; close and manifest shipments accurately</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and escalate operational issues to Leads or Supervisors as needed</span></p></li></ul><p><b>Operational Support</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Support daily workflow by assisting with rotation assignments and break coverage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure appropriate workload distribution and timely completion of shipping activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as a point of contact for Shipping Clerks for process questions and issue resolution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Operate production equipment safely and accurately; escalate equipment malfunctions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain working knowledge of USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL carrier processes</span></p></li></ul><p><b>Leadership & Team Support</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Communicate operational status and issues to Leads and Supervisors</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist with carrier closeout activities, including Safire Web Console and Bills of Lading</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support training and onboarding of new and existing team members</span></p></li><li><p><span>Promote a positive, compliant work environment aligned with company policies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in ensuring standard operating procedures and productivity expectations are met</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work Shift </b></p><p><b>Tuesday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM</b></p><p></p><p><b>What you will need: </b></p><p></p><p><b>Required</b></p><ul><li><p><span>High School Diploma or GED</span></p></li><li><p><span>Minimum 1 year of shipping or operations experience (pharmacy environment preferred)</span></p></li><li><p><span>A Missouri Registered Pharmacy Technician license required</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong communication and attention to detail</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work independently and follow established procedures</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs and stand for extended periods</span></p></li><li><p><span>Willingness to work flexible schedules and overtime as needed</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred</b></p><ul><li><p><span>Prior leadership or workflow coordination experience</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Physical Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p><b> </b><span>Stand for extended periods.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly </span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we offer:</b></p><ul><li><p><b> </b><span>Benefits start on Day 1</span></p></li><li><p><span>18 days of PTO within a full calendar year</span></p></li><li><p><span>401(k) plan</span></p></li><li><p><span>Career advancement opportunities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bonus eligibility through incentive plans</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Please note</b><span>: This position is fully on</span><span>‑</span><span>site and does not permit remote work.
