The Turin Headquarters is one of the largest molecular biology hubs in Europe, where it develops, manufactures and markets a wide range of diagnostic solutions, including reagents and instruments, that help hospitals and laboratories in over 100 countries around the world to accurately diagnose diseases of various kinds. The company is part of an international group that employs approximately 700 people worldwide in various market segments: Molecular Diagnostics, Clinical Chemistry, Biomedical Systems and Microbiology. For the Turin headquarters, we are looking for a Legal & Compliance Specialist: Activities: – Drafting and analysis of contracts; – Drafting of opinions; – Legal support to the various company departments; – Support activities in the context of projects concerning the implementation of regulatory principles and compliance processes in the field of anti-corruption, privacy and in general in related matters of interest; – Support in the preparation of documents and minutes in relation to the activities of the corporate bodies. It requires: – Master’s degree in law; – Previous experience of at least one year in law firms or legal departments of companies; – Good knowledge of the English language; – Good planning, organization and confidentiality skills; – Good knowledge of the main computer programs.
