About the Role

The Opportunity: Are you an experienced Corporate Client Advisor at a major broker, feeling constrained by legacy systems and a saturated portfolio? We are recruiting for a global powerhouse that is launching a new UK corporate division. This is a unique ground-floor opportunity to help build the client service function. You will join a highly ambitious, well-funded team with a mandate for rapid growth, playing a key role in preparing the infrastructure to service the major corporate clients of tomorrow.

About Our Client: Our client is one of the world's fastest-growing insurance brokers. While a dominant force globally, they are now making a significant, multi-million-pound investment to build a new UK corporate practice to challenge the established market leaders. With the ambition to scale from 35 to over 50 people this year alone, they offer the security of a global brand with the energy and autonomy of a start-up.

The Role:

  • Act as a senior technical expert for large, complex corporate clients.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key insurer markets to establish placement strategies.
  • Support the Business Development team during the RFP process.
  • Help shape the client service proposition and operational best practices for the new division.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience managing corporate clients with fee revenues exceeding £35,000.
  • A deep understanding of the formal RFP (Request for Procurement) process.
  • Experience working within a major corporate broker
  • A strategic mindset and the desire to build something new, rather than just inherit a book of business.
