The opportunity is ideal for a reliable team player seeking consistent manufacturing responsibilities and prioritizing excellence and safety.</p> <p>The role consists of selecting components and resources, adhering to blueprints and work order guidelines, managing production machinery, conducting visual and physical evaluations, and aiding in the correct identification, storage, safeguarding, and readiness of completed goods for the following phase or delivery.</p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>· Interpret and adhere to blueprints, work orders, selection lists, procedure sheets, and spoken or written production directives.</p> <p>· Utilize manual and powered tools, presses, devices, and production systems to finalize superior parts and goods.</p> <p>· Measure and scrutinize work using a measuring tape, calipers, micrometer, square, angle finder, and additional measuring instruments.</p> <p>· Recognize standard and metric fixtures and coordinate sockets, keys, screws, and associated fixtures appropriately.</p> <p>· Choose, tally, transfer, classify, and place materials or components to and from workstations while avoiding harm and harm.</p> <p>· Conduct preliminary and successive assessments to validate quality before resuming production.</p> <p>· Report inaccurate operations, defective materials, equipment malfunctions, and peculiar circumstances to supervision.</p> <p>· Utilize floor-controlled elevated cranes and exploit chains, hooks, slings, and load beams following safety regulations once certified.</p> <p>· Document precise time, amount, and work order data and sustain a clean, well-arranged 5S workstation.</p> <p>· Contribute opinions for enhancement and endorse safety, quality, and environmental guidelines.</p> <p>Background and Skills</p> <p>· High school diploma or GED required, or similar related expertise/training.</p> <p>· Preceding experience with manual and powered tools is desirable.</p> <p>· Familiarity with machinery operation, production gear, or manufacturing is advantageous.</p> <p>· Familiarity with examining blueprints and interpreting work orders is beneficial.</p> <p>· Capability to execute fundamental arithmetic using whole numbers, fractions, and decimal points.</p> <p>· Capacity to understand simple directives, messages, short correspondence, safety regulations, and production documents.</p> <p>· Eagerness and capacity to complete internal forklift and elevated crane certification before handling necessary equipment.</p> <p>· Reliable attendance, collaboration, adaptability, and readiness to grasp new methods.</p> <p>Work Environment / Physical Requirements</p> <p>· Manufacturing environment with frequent manipulation of hands, limbs, tools, components, and production machinery.</p> <p>· Must have the ability to lift and shift substantial items when necessary and comply with secure material-handling practices.</p> <p>· Job may involve sitting, standing, walking, ascending, balancing, stooping, crouching, or crawling contingent on production requirements.</p> <p>· Sharp vision and focus adaptation essential for examination, measurement, and detailed production tasks.</p> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity / Safety Notice: </strong>Applicants must be capable of executing the fundamental duties of the position with or without rational accommodations and must abide by workplace safety, quality, and protocol standards.</p> </div>
