Corporate Solicitor

A leading law firm is keen to hire a talented Corporate Solicitor (c. 1–5 years’ PQE) to join its dynamic and growing Corporate team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work on high-quality transactions for a broad client base, including private and public companies, investors, and entrepreneurs. You will advise on a wide range of corporate matters, working closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex transactions, including: Mergers and acquisitions (private and public) Private equity and venture capital investments Corporate reorganisations and restructurings Shareholder agreements and joint ventures General company law and governance matters Due diligence and transaction management You will gain early responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to develop your technical and commercial skills within a supportive team. The firm is keen on continuous development and offer a strong learning culture. This may suit a solicitor who has corporate experience but is keen to explore this as a niche. About you: Qualified Solicitor in NI with 1–5 years’ PQE in Corporate law Strong academic background and training from a reputable firm Experience assisting on M&A and/or investment transactions Excellent drafting, organisational, and communication skills Commercial awareness and a proactive approach Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in private equity and/or venture capital work is a big advantage Dual qualification or exposure to cross-border transactions is beneficial Interest in business development and client relationship building.
