Key Responsibilities Certified Nursing Assistants support patient care teams by: Providing assistance with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutrition support Assisting with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and toileting Helping patients ambulate, reposition, and maintain safe mobility Monitoring and recording vital signs, weight, and intake/output information Responding to patient call lights and requests Maintaining accurate documentation and patient records Reporting patient observations and changes in condition to nursing staff Maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Supporting a safe and comfortable care environment for patients and families Candidate Requirements Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Iowa CPR certification required Strong interpersonal and patient care skills Long-term care or hospital experience preferred but not required Cerner EMR Experience Inpatient Hospital Experience
