About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled contract Product Owner to join a public sector organisation through our client, a tier one consultancy. This is an exciting opportunity to work and contribute to a critical national project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision for the product, acting as the voice of the customer.
- Implement a human-centred design approach to product development.
- Shape and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
- Ensure consistent delivery of value to the client's needs and requirements.
- Validate and test ideas through recurrent feedback loops to inform timely direction changes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver innovative product solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritise features and enhancements.
- Utilise Agile methodologies to streamline product development processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of product performance.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Advanced proficiency in Agile Product Management
- Strong expertise in Product Development Management
- Experience with Delivery Methods at an advanced level
- Proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Project Delivery
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
