As Kitchen Lead, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading lunch and dinner service while ensuring consistently high standards across every shift. Working alongside a dedicated Breakfast Chef and Kitchen Assistants, you'll have the autonomy to manage your section, support the wider team and help deliver an outstanding dining experience. Your responsibilities will include: Leading lunch and dinner service Managing stock control and placing orders Maintaining excellent HACCP and food safety standards Supporting and developing members of the kitchen team Ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional food quality Contributing to a positive, organised and professional kitchen environment What you'll bring: Experience working as a CDP or Sous chef in a similar kitchen leadership role Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices Confidence leading a busy kitchen service A passion for producing quality food A positive, hands-on approach with excellent teamwork skills Ready for your next challenge?
