Senior Site Manager – Well established Housing Developer, Permanent, No.1 on site   External Site Manager – New Build Residential Location: South East London Salary: £60,000 – 70,000 + Package   My client are a well-established Housing Developer in the new build residential field and are now looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Senior site manager on a 50+ unit scheme based in South London. They have multiple live sites across Greater London, the typical size of their schemes is between 25 & 100 units on a variety of different builds. This role has arisen due to the company’s strong financial position as they have started a number of new projects in recent months & have ambitious plans for their future As the Senior site Manager on this scheme, you will be reporting to a very experienced Project manager with a solid site team around you. You will be responsible for all the day to day management and reporting. You will be knowledgeable in all aspects of construction project delivery including, sub-contract programming/planning, subcontract management, and have experience of working on construction projects from start on site through to handover. Our client are ideally looking for candidates with the below experience: Experience on new build residential scheme In-date SMSTS & First Aid Certificate Multiple sector experience is a bonus Taking sites from groundworks through to handover Personable individual, with a hardworking attitude Eligible to work in the UK You will be an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in residential development, you will be comfortable managing your own scheme and be technically minded and happy to give input in regards to design management and day to day troubleshooting on site, you will be looking for a permanent role and be able to start within the next 4 weeks. The successful candidate will require an SMSTS and First Aid certificate qualifications The developer are offering a competitive salary up to £70k plus package for the right candidate with the opportunity to join a well-established main contractor on a flagship project.
