O’Neill & Brennan, a leading name in construction recruitment with over 30 years of success and £100m+ turnover, is looking to appoint a Senior to Principal Consultant to join our London office, focusing on permanent hires across Construction Production.

With an established client base, strong brand presence, and 14 offices nationwide, this is an opportunity to join a business that combines scale, stability, and genuine growth potential.

The Role

This is a 360 position, focused on delivering permanent recruitment solutions across key Construction Production roles, including:

• Site Managers
• Project Managers
• Contracts Managers
• Senior Site & Project Leadership

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and developing relationships with main contractors, developers, and subcontractors
• Driving new business opportunities across London & the South East
• Delivering high-quality permanent placements within the production space
• Building a strong candidate network of mid-to-senior level construction professionals
• Taking ownership of your desk, with scope to grow into a leadership role

About You

• Proven track record in construction recruitment (permanent)
• Experience recruiting within Production roles is essential
• Strong billing history and commercial awareness
• Confident in business development and client relationship management
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated by progression and earning potential
