About the Role
Well established and growing food manufacturing company in Tucker, GA is seeking an MDM & Procurement Specialist for a 4–6 month contract assignment with potential for permanent placement What You'll Do In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for ERP procurement operations, ensuring contract data integrity and master data accuracy across sourcing, procurement, and finance functions. Responsibilities include: Embedding new contracts into ERP systems with accurate coding, classifications, and structureConverting Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs) and resolving discrepancies to support smooth invoice processingManaging high transaction volumes including NBPOs (approx. 20–40/week), Xflows (approx. 50–90/week), and monthly balancing for 50+ suppliersUploading and maintaining contracts in DocuSign and SharePointUpdating tariff and freight pricing and supporting Xflow tariff processingPerforming monthly supplier balancing and distributing reconciliation reportsValidating and maintaining supplier master data, catalogs, and SMT classificationsProviding first-level support to internal stakeholders on PO and indirect system data issuesSupporting end-user training on ERP best practices What We're Looking For 2–5+ years of SAP/ERP experience, with strong SAP-SRM knowledge (required)Food manufacturing industry experience (required)Strong Master Data Management (MDM) expertiseExperience in high-volume transactional procurement environmentsSolid understanding of procurement-to-payment processes and supply chain operationsStrong analytical skills with an eye for process improvementExcellent organizational, communication, and customer service skillsAbility to work accurately under deadlines and manage multiple stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred) To apply for the MDM & Procurement Specialist position, please submit your resume in response to this ad or fill out an application on our website, impactstaffing.com.
