<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the North West’s leading RIBA chartered practice who offer exceptional design services to the commercial, retail, and leisure sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team in Liverpool.</p>

<p><strong>Duties for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Help deliver on a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion</li>
<li>Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings</li>
<li>Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages</li>
<li>Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills and experience for the role of Experienced Part 2 Architectural Assistant:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Successfully completed their RIBA Part 2 qualification</li>
<li>Proficiency with Revit</li>
<li>Relevant post RIBA Part 2 qualification experience within a UK practice</li>
<li>Experience working on projects across various sectors</li>
<li>Excellent drawing and design skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organisational skills</li>
<li>Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area</li>
