About the Role

JOB TITLE Production General Assembly Customer Quality Improvement Specialist WHAT YOU WILL DO •  Perform in-depth analysis of large data sets across multiple variables to identify trends and areas for improvement. •  Coordinate yard campaigns with Production and Engineering to improve qualiy at the point of assembly. •  Investigate customer claims to determine responsibilit,y countermeasures, containments and clean points for each. •  Investigate real-time quality issues to determine root cause and communicate to responsible parties. •  Coordinate daily FTT Metric Meeting with Assembly Lines and lead improvement efforts. •  Lead training sessions and other improvement exercises with Production Team. •  Complete all other tasks assigned by Leadership team. • Collaborate with Production Leadership and Engineering to improve quality at the point of assembly. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied.   WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE • Experience with vehicle production (Minimum 2years) • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint • Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent desired • Job related experience in an engineering/industrial environment • Domestic / International travel required.
